Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) With Evexias Hormone Pellets

You Deserve to Feel Like You Again
Have you been feeling off lately?
Maybe you're more tired than usual, moody for no reason, gaining weight unintentionally, or you're just not feeling like yourself.
If the answer is yes, your hormones may be to blame.
Whether you're a man or a woman, hormones are responsible for so many functions in the body. And as we get older, these hormones naturally decline—which can cause problems for many people.
But you don't have to just "live with it."
At Sii Bello Beauty Bar, we offer hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with Evexias Hormone Pellets to help balance your hormones, relieve your symptoms, and finally feel like yourself again.
So whether you're a woman going through perimenopause or menopause or a man struggling with low testosterone levels, HRT with customized hormone pellets is a safe, effective option.
Hormones Change As We Age—And That's Okay
Hormones are the body’s chemical messengers, and they're responsible for nearly everything—energy levels, mood, weight, libido, and mental clarity. And as we age or have certain changes in our health, hormone levels can drop or become imbalanced.
For women, the two main hormones that decline are estrogen and progesterone. Women can also experience a drop in testosterone. The main hormone that declines as men age is testosterone.
And when your hormone levels aren't where they should be, this can cause many uncomfortable and often frustrating symptoms that affect your quality of life. That's where hormone replacement therapy (HRT) comes in.

Evexias Pellet Hormone Replacement Therapy—Your Key To Wellness
To treat these unpleasant symptoms, the hormones that decline and become imbalanced need to be replaced. There are many ways to do this including:
Pills
Shots
Creams
Patches
But many people run into issues with these methods. This is because it's easy to miss doses, and the amount of hormones that are delivered aren't consistent. So as the hormones wear off between doses, the symptoms return—landing you right back where you started.
For these reasons, I offer the EvexiPEL Method.
Pellet therapy by Evexias, or the EvexiPEL Method, is a type of HRT that uses tiny, custom pellets that contain hormones. The hormones used are bioidentical, which means that your body recognizes them the same as the hormones your body naturally makes.
These pellets are placed just under the skin and release a steady dose of hormones over several months. This mimics how your body naturally releases hormones. The pellets are about the size of a grain of rice, so they're barely noticeable after placement.
And once the pellets are inserted, hormones start to be released immediately.
On average, women notice improvement of at least one symptom within 72 hours. And men usually see improvement in one or more symptoms within two weeks. However, the biggest improvement in symptoms for both men and women is usually after the second pellet insertion.
“Loving my experience with Pellet Therapy. Pam has been so helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process. Already feeling the benefits 6 weeks in.”

Why Consider Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?
When hormones decline or fluctuate, it can affect nearly every aspect of your physical and emotional well-being. HRT is designed to replace these hormones to optimal levels and support your body’s natural functions.
You might need to be evaluated for HRT if you're experiencing any of the following:
Fatigue or low energy
Mood swings, irritability, or depression
Sleep disturbances or insomnia
Weight gain, especially around the abdomen
Decreased libido or sexual performance
Brain fog or memory issues
Muscle loss or decreased strength
Why Not Use Other Forms of Hormone Replacement Therapy?
With all of the different forms of HRT, why choose hormone pellets?
At Sii Bello Beauty Bar, we only use the highest-quality products and treatments, which is why we only offer hormone pellets for HRT. Each pellet is made in a FDA–registered 503B compound pharmacy with a specific dose of hormones made for you and only you.
With any other form of HRT, especially pills, it can be easy to miss doses. But here are some specific issues with other types of HRT:
-
It's easy to apply the incorrect dose—applying either too much or too little disrupts hormone levels. This goes for both vaginal and skin applications.
-
Typically, higher amounts of hormones are released in the body right after the injection, and hormone levels drop suddenly before the next injection. So your symptoms may improve initially but suddenly worsen before your next injection is due.
-
This form of HRT can easily fall off before the dose is complete, which disrupts hormone levels.
Many people who have had negative side effects and persistent symptoms with these other forms of hormone therapy are able avoid these issues and do well with pellet therapy.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women
Menopause—or "the change"—is something that nearly all women will go through. For many women, this time in life is unfortunately dreaded because of the unpleasant symptoms many women experience.
On average, menopause begins between 45 and 56 years old. But a small percentage (about 5%) of women experience menopause between 40 and 45 years old.
And because women are living longer, they'll spend about 40% of their lives in postmenopausal years. So if you're struggling with the symptoms of menopause and they're left untreated, it can significantly impact a large portion of your life.

How Pellet Hormone Therapy Helps Women
After bioidentical hormone pellets are inserted, they start releasing steady doses of estradiol, a bioidentical form of estrogen. Pellets are made in a compound pharmacy so that the dose of estradiol you get is exactly what you need based on your hormone levels.
You can expect to notice relief from at least one of your symptoms within 72 hours and the biggest improvement in your symptoms after the second pellet insertion.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for Men
Men experience hormone decline too, specifically a decline in testosterone. When testosterone levels become low, this condition is called hypogonadism. Hypogonadism affects nearly 40% of men over the age of 45 years and 50% of men over the age of 80 years.
Testosterone levels steadily decrease by about 100ng/dL every 10 years, which explains why low testosterone levels are so common.
When testosterone levels are low in men, many different body systems are affected. Symptoms can often be generalized and hard to notice by an untrained provider.

How Pellet Hormone Therapy Helps Men With Low Testosterone Levels
As soon as hormone pellets are inserted, a bioidentical form of testosterone starts to be steadily released into your body. Because pellets are made in a compound pharmacy, the dose of testosterone you receive is exactly what you need based on your hormone levels.
You can expect to see improvement in one or more of your symptoms within two weeks and the biggest relief of symptoms after the second pellet insertion.

FAQs: Hormone Replacement Therapy
-
Side effects can happen with any medical therapy, including HRT. Common side effects of hormone pellet insertion include skin discoloration and infection. However, with the way that EvexiPEL pellets are designed, these side effects occur less often when compared to other versions of hormone pellet therapy.
And when it comes to side effects of the bioidentical hormones from EvexiPEL pellets, they're typically minor. Common side effects include:
Increased hair growth
Acne
Oily skin
Fatigue
Increased body fat as your body adjusts to the hormones
Certain man-made or synthetic hormones have also been linked to an increased risk of cancer and blood clots. However, the plant-based hormones used to make the bioidentical hormones used in pellets haven't been linked to these risks.
-
EvexiPEL pellets last several months. For most people, each round of pellets lasts about three to five months for women and four to six months for men.
When you're being treated with EvexiPEL pellets, you'll have to repeat blood work to check your hormone levels before each pellet insertion. But if you begin to notice symptoms you were having before pellet insertion, this may be a sign your hormones need to be checked sooner.
-
If you and Pam determine that EvexiPEL pellets are for you, the next step is getting your pellets inserted. Pellets are typically inserted in the lower part of the abdomen or the upper buttocks/hip area.
First, a numbing medicine like lidocaine is applied to the insertion site.
Once the area is numb, a small incision is made, and the pellets are inserted just under the skin.
The incision is then closed with a special medical tape.
The whole appointment only takes about 30 to 45 minutes, and most people have little to no pain.
-
When you’re receiving hormone replacement therapy with Evexipas pellets, Pam may recommend certain supplements to take with it. The purpose of these supplements is to amplify the positive effects that the hormones have on the body.
Some examples of these supplements are:
Thyroid support supplements
Calcium / Vitamin D
